Our customization process
With over 16 years of experience in compact equipment manufacturing, we offer full customization – from machine type and color to engine options, attachments, and your company branding.
Make PI and pay deposit in advance
Make PI to customers, after receiving advance payment, we will send you product color card and put together a color confirmation sheet to confirm the color of the style.
Confirm details before product production
After the design is confirmed, make the first sample of each style and send pictures and videos to you for confirmation. If there is a problem, make adjustments and reconfirm.
Pay the balance
After completion, we will shoot a finished video for the customer to confirm, and the balance will be paid after confirmation.
Fast shipping
After receiving the final payment, we or you will arrange the transportation. We will actively cooperate with the transportation to ensure that the goods reach you smoothly.

Website offers a one-year warranty and complimentary technical support, including online guidance and repair videos. Tailored support is available for special cases.
If a defect in the machine causes the issue, we will provide free replacement parts. If the problem results from improper use, the customer will bear the associated costs.
